Night Cap House Band

The Night Cap House Band is made up of a rotating group of local jazz musicians playing straight ahead jazz. The lineup includes a lounge singer, horn player(s), and a solid rhythm section at times complimented by guitar. Our Night Cap House Band will also provide opportunities to budding HS students participating in our jazz education programs to solo in front of an audience on special nights.

About The Capitol

Located in the heart of downtown, the restored Burlington Capitol Theater recaptures an era when movies and live entertainment were enjoyed in beautiful and unique theaters.

This 1937 Art Deco jewel re-opened in 2012. The intimate 367–seat venue and listening lounge, Night Cap, host independent and classic films as well as local, regional, and national touring artists performing on a 1,500–square foot stage.
